From application to result card, in five stages.
EduCore is one product, but it does five different jobs across a school year. Here is what each one looks like from the inside.
Admissions
A parent fills the public form. It lands in a staff pipeline: test scheduled, voucher issued, fee paid, enrolled. The admissions office confirms each next step with the family.
Academic structure
Campuses hold classes, classes hold sections, and students take subjects organised by section. A timetable places every subject across seven periods a day, and flags clashes the moment two classes land on the same teacher.
Teaching & assessment
Attendance in three taps, assignments, a question bank tagged by difficulty, and computer-based exams built from it. Grading and mark entry happen on the same device the teacher already has in hand.
Fees & accounts
Challans are issued per student with discounts and late fees applied automatically. Siblings are billed as one household. Every payment posts to a ledger that closes into a profit-and-loss statement without a spreadsheet.
Communication
Staff publish school announcements and notifications. Enabled email delivery keeps families informed about school events and reminders.
